Symmetry's full certification program includes two main bundles:
- Complete. The 'Complete' certification is composed of two main courses: Postural Measurement and Postural Corrective Exercise. It is a 6-month program that allows you to have access to our patent-pending AlignSmart® software to be able to measure and take clients through a Symmetry corrective routine, using 200 of the more conservative Symmetry exercises.
- Advanced. The 'Advanced' bundle is an additional 3 months and includes the Advanced Certification course where you learn the science behind the patent-pending algorythm and full access of the AlignSmart® software, including all 400+ exercises and the ability to work with more difficult cases.
