What is Postural Corrective Exercise?

Whatever plane the vertical body is statically deviating (misaligned) away from, it will compromise the movement within that plane dynamically. Therefore, this deviation can only be corrected by choosing isometric exercises that address the imbalanced intrinsic muscles that work within that plane in order to reestablish homeostasis.

In other words, if one shows an elevated hip, which is a deviation away from the transverse plane, then choosing exercises that work in that plane (rotational) is the only way to rebalance them and level out the hips.
