Postural Corrective Exercise Certification (Advanced)

This is an interactive, online, self-directed course where you will learn over 200 ADVANCED corrective exercise. Although you have already been certified as a Symmetry Technician, this will enhance your exercise knowledge to include more of the strengthening exercises used in the AlignSmart® system. 

After completing this course, we recommend you take Postural Corrective Exercise (Advanced) Applied Training where you will take clients through corrective exercise routines. By observing, being assisted and then being observed you will gain valuable feedback and insights on how to implement corrective exercises.  
Throughout this course you will discover:
  • The Planes of Motion and which exercises correct which misalignments
  • Extensive knowledge on 200+ corrective exercises
  • Using basic tools to improve corrective exercise results
  • Using the Alignsmart Technology app Level 4 to empower your clients to do exercises at home

In 1997, Patrick founded Symmetry, understanding the importance of postural therapy.
